Yay! My favorite way to get healthy is to go to the gym in the mornings, but my allergies have been preventing me from getting up so early. My roommate just moved out so hopefully I’ll be able to use her room as an exercise room too.

My favorite way to get healthy is group exercise classes!!! I love Turbo Kick, pilates, zumba, and anything really. I want to try a TRX class next.
