City Girl beats Cancer

by Erika Torres

If you haven’t come across City Girl’s blog yet, you are sorely missing out. I’ve been following her blog almost since the beginning, and as it turns out, we attended the same college! (different years, though).

Recently, City Girl has kicked breast cancer’s butt and now she’s become an advocate for breast cancer awareness. She and Fun Factory have formed a partnership to help raise funds for the cause. Through October 31st, Fun Factory is offering readers 20% off any purchase with the promo code, Citygirl (with a capital ‘C’). In addition, Fun Factory will donate 20% of the proceeds of all sales with that code to Pink Jams!, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting breast cancer awareness to young men and women.

She is not making a single dime off of this arrangement, but wants to do whatever she can to help the cause. It’s worth noting that two of City Girl’s favorite toys from Fun Factory are the Smart Balls Teneo Duo and the Lovering, and both are under $30 before the 20% discount.

If you’re thinking of Christmas gifts, I’m sure this would make anyone’s stocking go a rockin ; )
