Rather, try these wholesome approaches:

  • Eat enough protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats that your body needs
  • Eat plenty of vegetables and fruit
  • Find alternative healthy recipes for your favorite meals

Exercise

Exercise goes hand-in-hand with a healthy diet to achieve wedding day physique goals. Exercise will not only keep you healthy, but also help you reach your goals faster. Whether you are a beginner or expert, you have many free to inexpensive options that you can try out:

  • Yoga, Pilates, or even stretching: These forms of exercise are low impact, but nevertheless effective and a great start.
  • Gym: A gym membership will give you access to a variety of different exercise equipment. Make sure you know how to use them, however, to avoid any accidents. Find a gym that offers free initial training sessions and classes.
